The Boone County Sheriff’s Office team claimed victory in the Boone County Wellness Softball Tournament this weekend to raise awareness and spark community spirit.
The Sheriff’s Office team and their families flooded the field and the stands at the Boone County Wellness Softball Tournament on Saturday, with the team ultimately being crowned the Champions following an outstanding performance in the Championship game.
“It was a day filled with teamwork, fun and community spirit,” the department released. “We’re so proud of everyone who participated, and a huge thank you to the organizers and supporters who made this event such a success.”
