The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for Boone County until 9 a.m. Thursday.
Visibility will be reduced to less than one quarter of a mile at times. Motorists need to reduce speed and exercise caution if driving. Use your headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
Besides Boone, other affected areas include Carroll, Clinton, Delaware, Fountain, Hamilton, Hendricks, Howard, Madison, Montgomery, Parke, Putnam, Randolph, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren counties.
