The Carroll County Economic Development Corporation has invited the community to join Carroll County leaders during the Bowen Estates groundbreaking ceremony set for tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 16 in Delphi.
The community has been invited to celebrate the launch of the Bowen Estates, a single family residential subdivision, tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 16 at noon at 2053 US 421 N. in Delphi.
The project has been launched through the partnership of the Carroll County Economic Development Corporation, Majestic Homes, City of Delphi, BF&S Civil Engineering and Kimley-Horn.
