Clinton, Carroll & Boone Counties Warming Centers For Winter Season

The Frankfort Community Public Library, Kirklin Public Library, Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and more have created a warming center for those in need as the colder temperatures continue to sweep into Clinton County, and other warming centers may be accessed throughout the region by calling 2-1-1.

Indiana 211 community navigators remain available throughout the year and can provide community members in need with updated locations and hours of warming centers in the area. Warming centers can also be found at in211.communityos.org.

Warming Centers In Clinton County:

  • Clinton County Sheriff’s Office at 301 E. Walnut St. in Frankfort
    • Warming center open for as long as needed
  • Frankfort Community Public Library: 208 W. Clinton St. in Frankfort
    • Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Michigan Road Library: 2489 Indiana 29 in Michigantown
    • Monday-Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Rossville Library: 400 W. Main St. in Rossville
    • Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Mulberry Library: 615 E. Jackson St. in Mulberry
