New Clinton Central Superintendent issued the following statement to the Clinton Central community:
Bulldog Community,
I want to thank the Clinton Central School Corporation School Board of Trustees for this distinct opportunity to serve our Bulldog students, staff, and community as the next superintendent. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity, and I am eager to get to work with our staff, students, and community members to continue to strive for excellence each and every day. Together, we will work to build Clinton Central School Corporation to be the school of choice in Clinton County and the surrounding areas.
I have worked within public education as an assistant principal for eight years ranging in grades 2-12. I was an elementary teacher in grades K-6 for three years. I have worked as a high school alternative program instructor for one year and a high school special education teacher for one year.
I am currently enrolled in the Ed.S. program through Indiana State University, and I will have my permanent superintendent’s license by December of 2022. I am a firm believer of being a lifelong learner and always finding additional methods to improve professionally. I will be working towards my Ph.D starting in January of 2023 with the intent of completing my Ph.D by June of 2025.
Over the past two years, I have been able to become very familiar with the staff and community at CCSC and I thoroughly enjoy working with our students, staff, and community members on a daily basis. I am looking forward to the opportunity to lead Clinton Central School Corporation in a positive manner that impacts the students, staff, and community immediately and even more over time.
I am the proud father of three boys. Jaxson is 9 years old and is a 3rd grade student at Clinton Central Elementary. Brody is 8 years old and attends Indiana Behavioral Analysis Academy in Kokomo. Deacon is 6 years old and is a kindergarten student at Clinton Central Elementary. My boys and I are eager to become full time active members of the Bulldog community.
Please do not hesitate to contact me or stop in and introduce yourself to me. I look forward to meeting our community members and working collaboratively for the betterment of our students, school, and community.
GO BULLDOGS!!
