Clinton County Holds Two Meetings on January 6th at Skanta Theatre

Skanta Theatre at the Frankfort Community Public Library will be a busy place on the evening of January 6th, 2026.

Two meetings will take place January 6th at the Skanta Theatre. BZA (Board of Zoning Appeals) will take place at 5:30 PM at the Skanta Theatre followed by the APC (Area Plan Commission) meeting scheduled for 6:00 PM.

Hoosierland TV will broadcast LIVE the Area Plan Commission Meeting scheduled for 6:00 PM and archive it at HoosierlandTV.com.

It is likely the first meeting starting at 5:30 PM will attract very little interest since it involves no business related to the proposed Data Center. The public is welcome to attend the first of the two public meetings but will have the option of waiting just outside the theatre for the second meeting, which will be conducting business related to the proposed Data Center in Clinton County. ABOVE: Agenda for Board of Zoning Appeals scheduled for January 6th at 5:30 PM. Note this action is not related to the proposed Data Center and therefore the BZA meeting will attract little attention compared to the Area Plan Commission (APC) meeting scheduled at 6 PM at the Skanta Theatre. Since there is limited business on the agenda for the BZA meeting starting at 5:30 PM, the APC meeting scheduled for 6PM “should be able to start on time”, according to Area Plan Executive Director Liz Stitzel.
