Casey Allen Executive Director Coach Kids

COACH Kids of Clinton County announced on Sept. 8, 2025, that Casey Allen will
lead COACH Kids into the future as the new Executive Director.
Allen served on the COACH Kids of Clinton County Board of Directors for two
years, serving as Secretary. Allen brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, serving
the Clinton County community throughout the years in numerous facets, which has prepared her to build worthwhile and strong connections with current community members, volunteers and stakeholders while also providing her with the experience to ensure the prosperous growth of the organization.

“I’m excited to serve this community in my role as Executive Director of COACH
Kids of Clinton County,” Allen said. “I have a strong desire to help others see and
reach their full potential. Through our programs, outreach and community
relationships, my goal is to continue to not only strengthen our ties, but to increase
awareness of our organization and mission.”

Since 1979, COACH Kids has been serving the youth of Clinton County, Indiana, formerly serving as Big Brothers & Big
Sisters of Clinton County until 2007 when the Board of Directors officially received approval of its amendment to rename
the organization as COACH Kids of Clinton County, Inc. Regardless of the rebranding, COACH Kids has always
remained focused on providing safe youth-mentoring opportunities for youth within Clinton County, whether those
opportunities remain in-school or out-of-school, through three programs tailored to meet the needs of the community.
“Our programs and work revolve around mentoring to empower our youth to see their worth, help them know what their
future options are and have a positive and consistent person in their world,” Allen said. “Never doubt the impact you can
make in a young person’s life. It truly takes a village, and not everyone has that.”

Allen expressed that she seeks to further strengthen the existing programs at COACH Kids of Clinton County, including
the in-school Local Heroes program, out-of-school Friends for Life program and out-of-school Community HOPE
program while also seeking to implement new opportunities for mentors, mentees and families within the community.
As Allen takes the reins of COACH Kids, she enters with ideas and visions that align with the mission of the organization,
expressing that her focus on empowering youth drives her as she steps into the nonprofit world.

“The youth in our community are the future,” Allen said. “Supporting them through life’s challenges, society and social
pressures is key for the betterment of the next generation. They need our guidance, experience and compassion. They say
a smile can go a long way. This outward expression is the same way we feel about mentoring.”

Allen resides in Clinton County with her husband, Steve, and her beloved golden retrievers, Duke and Tess. Originally
from Greencastle, Allen found that regardless of traveling to different states, she and her husband realized that Indiana
remained as the place they truly loved, which sparked Allen to return to her husband’s hometown of Frankfort, which has
become her true home. If she is not attending meetings, giving presentations, diving into new ideas or directly interacting
with our local youth, you may see her lounging in the pool or watching sporting events with her family and friends.

Allen encouraged all community members to make a difference in the lives of Clinton County’s youth by becoming
involved with COACH Kids, encouraging those who would appreciate the opportunity to meet with her to learn more
about the mission, vision and future of the organization or how to become involved to visit the COACH Kids office at 5
W. Clinton St. in Frankfort from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday, or email her at callen@coachkids.org.
