A fully open TPA will highlight the July 4th celebration this Sunday in Frankfort. Clinton County Health Department director Rodney Wann says inside events can still pose a potential threat. Wann also says while the “Delta” variant has not been confirmed in Clinton County, it has been found in the state. Also, there’s been discussion taking place as to what the schools in Clinton County will do concerning wearing facemasks when they return. Wann says vaccination rates among school aged children could also be a determining factor.
