On Monday, June 26, 2023, our loving father, son, brother, uncle, and friend passed away at the age of 53 in Ellenton, Florida.
Daniel was born on May 17, 1970, in Indianapolis. He was the owner and operator of a small concrete company called Killin Concrete for 15 years in Indianapolis. Daniel met many people during his life that became friends and family, and they loved him.
Daniel had a love for helping others, loved traveling to new adventures, gardening and spending time with his friends and family. Daniel was known for his selfless heart, his contagious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. Daniel also enjoyed music and was an excellent piano and trumpet player.
He is preceded by his father, Perry Lewis Killin and his mother, Leota Marie (Hanger) Killin.
Survivors include two daughters, Jessica Chaffin and Megan Killin; brothers, Norville, Larry, Kenny, Steve, Mike, Samuel, Billy, and Jimmy; sisters, Nancy, Myra, Laura, Rebekah, Rachel, and Sarah; along with many nieces and nephews.
Services are planned for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Interment will follow at Browns Wonder Cemetery in Lebanon.
