Day & Genda celebrated last night with Indiana Funeral Directors Association (IFDA) where they received honors and recognitions for this past year. Day & Genda was 1 of 6 funeral homes to receive the Award of Excellence. Holly McCleskey, an intern at Day & Genda, was also honored as part of the inaugural internship mentor program. Day & Genda stated, “We take very seriously our craft and how we care and love families and communities that we serve and care for loved ones that have gone before. We constantly strive to be the best we can be.”
Pat Day also received his 20 year service pin and Mark Genda his 40 year service pin.
Pat will be serving his next term as the District 4 Director for the IFDA Board of Directors.
