Deborah A. Walker, 73, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born April 7, 1951; the daughter of Lawrence and Elizabeth (Quick) Lloyd.
Deborah attended Lebanon High School and graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1970. She dedicated many years to her career before retiring in 2013.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Don Walker; daughters, Heather (Francis) Gay, Heidi Culley, and Lindsay Walker; grandchildren, Zachary (Emery) Gay, Jacob (Jessica) Gay, Nico (Logan) Rowle, and Ian Gay; sisters, Patty Goins, Sharon (Don) Anderson, and Diana Sickle; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Elizabeth (Quick) Lloyd; siblings, Mike Lloyd, Jerry Lloyd, and Barbara White; brothers-in-law, Tom Goins and Jack White; nephews Dan White and Ryan Anderson; and niece Shannon Callahan.
A lifelong animal lover, Deborah cared for many pets throughout her life. She and her husband, Don, shared a passion for travel, with Gatlinburg, Tennessee being their favorite.
A Funeral Service to honor and celebrate her life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services. Boone County Crematory has been entrusted with her cremation following services.
