Donaldson Company, located at 3260 W. State Road 28 in Frankfort, is seeking dedicated individuals for the entry level General Assembly openings primarily on second shift. Donaldson offers outstanding pay and benefits with pay starting at $19.14 per hour with an additional $1 an hour for second and third shifts as a shift differential payment.
Donaldson employees typically work 8-hour shifts with the opportunity for overtime with 10-hour days, Saturdays and Sundays. Second shift employees will be scheduled from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The General Assembly employees will work as a team on the assembly line in a climate-controlled facility to manufacture air filters, and Donaldson encourages those with manufacturing experience to apply, but prior experience is not required.
Training will be provided upon employment. As an entry-level position, General Assembly employees will have the opportunity for advancement within Donaldson, and Donaldson has become a career for many employees.
