With the end of the holiday season, Attorney General Todd Rokita is calling on Hoosiers to check recently purchased items and gifts for safety recalls and take immediate action if they own any products listed.
“During this busy season, recalled products can be easily overlooked,” Attorney General Todd Rokita said. “A quick review of these recalls can spare your family unnecessary worry and prevent a defective gift from causing real harm.”
The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports the following products were recalled in December:
Children’s Products:
- 14-ounce Children’s Sport Tumbler: The rivets on the handle can come loose, causing the handle to detach, posing a choking hazard for children; sold at Academy Sports, Scheels, Combined Sales Company, Gordons Ace Hardware, Bucks Ace, Kents Grocery, Basin Sports and online at Hydrojug.com, Amazon.com, Well.ca and iHerb.com.
- Uuoeebb Infant Walkers: Violates the mandatory standard for infant walkers because they can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step, posing a deadly fall hazard; walkers also have leg openings that allow the child to slip down until the child’s head can become entrapped, posing a risk of serious injury or death; sold online on Amazon.com.
- YCXXKJ Baby Bath Seats: The product violates the mandatory standard for infant bath seats because they are unstable and can tip over while in use, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to drowning; sold online on Amazon.com.
Children’s Toys:
- CreateOn Crayola-branded pip-Cubes: The recalled magnetic building cubes contain magnets that can become loose if the seams separate, posing an ingestion hazard to children, which could result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death; the 24-piece sets were sold at Michael’s Stores nationwide and online at Michaels.com and the 27-piece sets were sold online at Amazon.com.
- Cubimana Treehouse Building Toy Sets: Contains button cell batteries that can be easily accessed by children and when button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death; sold online on Shein.com.
- Little Bear 2-pack Soother Clip: The wooden button on the soother clips can come off, exposing a sharp screw, which can pose choking and laceration hazards; sold at Primark stores located in the northeast and in Florida, Maryland and Illinois.
- Meaicezli Play Purse Sets: The children’s toy violates the mandatory standard for toys because the toy cell phone contains button cell batteries and the toy tablet contains a lithium coin battery that can be easily accessed by children, and when button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death; sold on Amazon.com.
- Primark Water Balloon Pump: The water balloon pump can generate excessive pressure during use, causing the product to rupture, posing a risk of physical injury to the user or bystanders; sold at Primark stores in the northeast and in Florida, Maryland and Illinois.
- SKCAIHT Children’s Little Mermaid Costumes: The children’s costumes contain a prohibited phthalate, which violates the federal phthalates ban, which are toxic and if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects; sold online on Amazon.com.
Electronics:
- ANNQUAN Power Strips, Models EX-D112-05 and EX-D106-25: The power strips do not contain supplementary overcurrent protection, which creates a risk of fire if the power strips are overloaded and can cause serious injury or death from smoke inhalation and burns; sold online on Amazon.com.
- INIU BI-B41 Power Banks: The lithium-ion battery in the recalled power banks can overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers; sold online on Amazon.com.
- KTEBO Writing Tablet Toy: The screw used to secure the battery compartment that contains a button cell battery does not remain attached as required and when button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, and death; sold online on Amazon.com.
Fitness and Tools:
- AMP MP2 Smart Fitness Machine: The arm on the MP2 model of the fitness machine does not lock properly, which can allow the arm to swing unexpectedly, posing a risk of laceration or serious injury; sold online at Ampfit.com.
- G0815 15” 3HP Heavy-Duty Planers: The chip breaker can contact the cutterhead blades during use, which can cause debris to be ejected from the planer, posing impact and laceration hazards to the user and bystanders; sold at Bibb Tool & Cutter, Hamilton Tool and Supply, PMC Tool Company and Stoll Brothers Lumber stores and other hardware stores nationwide and online at Grizzly.com, HomeDepot.com, Tractor Supply.com and MaxTool.com and other websites.

- 17 Stories Furniture 18-Drawer Dressers: The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazard that can result in injuries or death to children; sold online on Wayfair.com.
- Casaottima 13-Drawer Dressers: Product is unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in a risk of serious injuries or death to children; sold online on Amazon.com.
- Electra Chandelier and Electra Three Tier Chandelier light fixtures: The component that connects the recalled chandelier light fixture to the ceiling mount is not threaded properly and the fixture can fall unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury from impact; sold at Currey & Company showrooms, lighting stores nationwide, and online.
- FUFU and GAGA White Wood Frame Queen Size Murphy Wall Beds: During assembly or disassembly, the 215-pound frame of the wall bed can fall onto consumers, posing deadly impact, crush, and laceration hazards; sold online on HomeDepot.com and Lowes.com.
- Furnulem 8-Drawer Dressers: The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injuries or death to children; sold online at Amazon.com.
- JOKOSIS Portable Bed Rails: The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails because when the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation and the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels; sold online at Amazon.com.
- KKL Fabric 9-Drawer Dressers: The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing a serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children; sold online on Amazon.com.
- Little Pea Shop Crib Bumpers: Product violates the federal crib bumper ban because they can obstruct an infant’s breathing, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to suffocation. This creates an unsafe sleeping environment for infants; sold online on littlepeashop.com.
- VEVOR Garment Steamers: Product can leak or spit hot water, posing a risk of serious burn injury to users and bystanders, and the water tank cap can also leak or detach during use, exposing users to hot water; sold online on Vevor.com, Amazon.com and HomeDepot.com.
- Vevor Ice Crushers: The ice crusher can experience a thermal event and ignite, posing a fire hazard; sold online on Vevor.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com, HomeDepot.com and Lowes.com.

- Feel The Beard Minoxidil Beard Growth Oil for Men: The beard serum contains minoxidil, which must be in child-resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act and the serum’s packaging is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children; sold online at Amazon.com.
- Mamisan Pain Relieving Topical Ointment: The ointment contains lidocaine, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act and the packaging is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children; sold at Walmart and Target stores nationwide and online at Target.com.
Outdoor Products and Vehicles:
- Blue Wave brand 48-inch and taller above-ground pools: The compression strap that surrounds the outside of the pool legs may create a foothold, allowing a child access to the pool, posing a drowning risk; sold at Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Dunham’s Sports retail stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com.
- Fat Tire Trikes: The trike frame can develop a hairline fracture near a weld, which can cause the tubes to separate, posing fall and laceration hazards; sold at Pedego stores nationwide and online at PedegoElectricBikes.com.
- Model Year 2026 Trek-branded Domane+ ALR 5, Domane+ ALR 6 AXS, Checkpoint+ SL 6 and Checkpoint+ SL 7 Electric Bicycles: The bolts on the chainring can come loose, causing the chainring to separate from the bike, resulting in a fall or crash hazard to the user; sold at independent bicycle retailers and Trek authorized retailers nationwide and online.
- SereneLife brand 48-inch and taller above-ground pools: The compression strap that surrounds the outside of the pool legs may create a foothold, allowing a child access to the pool, posing a drowning hazard; sold online on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com, Target.com and the SereneLife website (serenelifehome.com).
- Schwinn Ovation Bicycle Child Carriers: The buckles securing the restraints around the child can be released during use, posing a fall hazard; sold online at Amazon.com and schwinnbikes.com
- TopHomer Pool Drain Covers: The recalled drain covers violate the entrapment protection standards of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA), posing entrapment and drowning hazards to swimmers and bathers; sold online at Amazon.com.
- X-Pro Eagle 40cc Youth ATVs and FRP Sahara 40cc Youth ATVs: Product violates the mandatory ATV safety standard, ATVs’ mechanical suspension fails to comply with safety requirements, posing a crash hazard, the handlebars pose a laceration hazard, if the child rider’s body or head impacts the handlebars at high speed and pose a risk of serious injury or death; sold online at X-Pro Eagle 40cc Youth ATVs were sold online at Walmart.com, Powersportsmax.com, Amazon.com, Temu.com, Xprousa.com and Frpmoto.com.
