
He was married to Shirley (Bunch) Breedlove; they divorced.
A life resident of Boone County, Earl attended Lebanon High School. He had worked for the Lebanon Utilities for many years, retiring in 1992. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2062 in Lebanon.
Earl had a passion for racing and did so all of his life. During his early years, he raced Pushcarts and later graduated to Midgets, Sprint Cars, and Go-karts. In addition to racing, Earl enjoyed golfing and loved his Pitbull, Bristol, immensely.
He is survived by a longtime companion, Bonnie Hoffman; daughter, Leesa Williams; stepchildren, Frank Breedlove and Cari Ann Cox; granddaughter, Melissa (Tasha) Burlington; Bonnie’s children, Melissa, Garrett, and Holly; and great grandchildren, Lilly, Evan, Tanner, Travis, Sierra, Kasha, Eric, Ava, and Addi.
In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by his son, David E. Isenhower; daughter, Deborah L. Isenhower Hooten; stillborn sister, Cordelia Isenhower; brother, Everett Theral Isenhower; and stepmother, Louise Isenhower.
Memorial Graveside Services are planned for 2:30 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2025, at Oak Hill Cemetery, 935 East Washington Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his care.
