Clinton County Central Dispatch announced around 1:45 p.m. that the Frankfort Water Works Department will have East Ohio Street closed between Hoke Avenue and Kelly Avenue for the remainder of the day today, Friday, Sept. 6.
Drivers have been instructed to avoid the area.
