Edith Frances Campbell, 76, passed away peacefully at home on Friday morning, March 26, 2021. She was born in Lebanon on October 21, 1944, a daughter of the late Robert James and Lucille (Morgan) Groce.
She attended Lebanon High School. Edith worked over 20 years at the Donaldson Filter Factory in Frankfort, Indiana, retiring in 2010. She enjoyed tending to her flower garden and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Survivors include: one son, James Randell “Randy” Campbell of Lebanon; one daughter, Linda (Lee) Dombrosky of Lebanon; two grandchildren, Joshua (Sarah) Lewis of Brownsburg, Jeremy Lewis of Lebanon; one great granddaughter, Penelope Lewis; three sisters, Peggy (Dallas) Wood of Lebanon, Mary Louise Meade of Lebanon, Joann (Joe) Allen of Kentucky.
In addition to her parents, Edith was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Groce.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Boone County Cancer Society, 117 West Elm Street, Lebanon, Indiana 46052. Myers Mortuary in Lebanon, Indiana has been entrusted with her care.
