The IHSAA 2024 Football State Tournament was back in action with the Sectional Semi-Finals on Friday.

Pioneer 48, Carroll 7 – Panther quarterback Micah Rans rushed for over 300 yards and five touchdowns to send the Pioneers to the Sectional Championship.
Taylor 32, Tri-County 6 – After an up-and-down regular season, the Titans look strong entering the Sectional Championship game.

Sheridan 48, Clinton Prairie 20 – A big fourth quarter from the Blackhawks put this game out of reach.
Cloverdale 34, Tindley 6 – Cloverdale benefited from a first-round bye and will look to make noise against Sheridan in the Sectional Championship.

Lafayette Central Catholic 28, Western Boone 20 – Central Catholic remains undefeated and will look to win their sectional for the sixth straight year.
North Montgomery 48, Lewis Cass 47 – The Chargers entered sectional play 3-6 but picked up wins in back-to-back thrillers to advance to the Sectional Championship

Lebanon 35, Logansport 28 – The Tigers had two tough matchups to begin playoff action beating Culver Academies by three a week ago and now taking down a one-loss Logansport.
Huntington North 45, Marion 6 – Huntington North has scored 122 points through the first two weeks of sectionals.

Zionsville 29, Carmel 28 – After losing four straight to end the regular season, the Eagles picked up a big win over Carmel.
Westfield 49, Harrison 0 – Westfield has made it out of the sectional round each of the last four years and will look to make it five straight against Zionsville, who they beat 28-10 earlier this year.
