Frankfort High School and Frankfort Middle School have officially issued a new entrance procedure for football games as a means to ensure the safety of attendees and preserve the atmosphere of home games.
The new procedures state that no backpacks will be allowed upon entrance to home football games, which includes large bags. No “passouts” will be allowed, meaning that once attendees enter the stadium, they will not be allowed to exit and re-enter during the game. As well, all middle and elementary school students must be accompanied by a responsible parent, guardian or adult for the duration of the game.
“We are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees at our football games,” the schools released. “To enhance security and promote the safety of our students and families, we are implementing new entrance procedures for the remainder of the season at home high school and middle school football games.”
