The Frankfort Hot Dogs cross country teams excelled during the Danville Hokum Karem over the weekend as they strove for top finishes amongst numerous teams.
For the girls team, Ashley Vasquez-Rivera and Kimberly Moreno were applauded for their 9th-place finish during the race out of 36 teams competing.
For the boys team, Christopher Angeles and Nicolas Angeles ran a competitive race, raking in a second-place finish out of 46 teams competing, which led the varsity boys team to take home the third-place finish overall during the meet.
