The Utility Service Board helps run the Frankfort Lagoons, which was originally built by Del-Monte in the mid 1970’s. The city of Frankfort owns the property. Rick Gunyon is a USB member and serves as the liaison for the Lagoons. He stopped by the Partyline Program Thursday morning to talk about what they have done, their vision for the future and the fishing derby coming up with the Optimists on June 4th.
