Frankfort Police Department Seeks Public Assistance In Armed Robbery Case In Downtown Frankfort

The Frankfort Police Department is continuing an investigation into an armed robbery that occurred in downtown Frankfort last night, Nov. 19.

On Tuesday, Nov. 19 just before 7:15 p.m., Frankfort police officers were reportedly dispatched to Fresitas Artisan Ice Cream at 61 W. Washington St. in downtown Frankfort on reports of an armed robbery.

The suspect reportedly fled the scene in an unknown direction before officers arrived. Evidence has been recovered, and no injuries were reported during the incident, police say.

Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators are currently investigating the case and following up on leads.

Earlier this morning, Nov. 20, the department issued a request for the public’s assistance in identifying the subject in the armed robbery as pictured below. The department stated that any information regarding the person in the photos may be directed to the department’s Investigations Unit at 765-654-4277 with a reference to case #F24-08642.
