Frankfort Police Release Public Portal For Online Access To Compliment, Complaint Submissions

The Frankfort Police Department has announced that a new public portal will be available for the community to utilize to leave compliments or complaints about officers in the city.

The Frankfort Police Department’s Professional Standards Division has added a public portal link to their website that will direct community members to a webpage  to submit a compliment or a complaint about  a Frankfort Police Department employee.

The application allows for community members to submit their comments anonymously, and several langauge options are available to help all community members utilize the application. According to Deputy Chief Cesar Muñoz, the online portal allows for an extended means for the community to ensure their voice are heard inside the local law enforcement walls.

“While there have been other options to send in compliments or complaints, this portal allows FPD to receive vital feedback from the community by using a simple online form,” Muñoz said.

The link to the portal may be found on the City of Frankfort website at frankfort-in.gov.
