Gail M. Bolinger, 92, of Kirklin, passed away July 18, 2025 at The Springs, Lafayette, Ind.  He was born May 30, 1933 in Clinton County to Orus Vernen “Vern” & Pauline (Gard) Bolinger.  He married Priscilla J. Reagan on August 19, 1961 and she survives.

Gail was a 1952 graduate of Jackson High School.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1954-1956.  He had worked at Dow Chemical for 33 years.  Gail was a member of the Mechanicsburg Church. He enjoyed woodworking but loved the outdoors and spending time in nature, where he went camping, fishing, and deer hunting.

Gail is survived by his wife, Priscilla, son, Gail “Max” Bolinger Jr. of Lebanon, son-in-law, Jack Blackstone of Lebanon, grandchildren, Steven (Phelicia) Blackstone of Lebanon, Crystal of Kentucky, William “Willie” Blackstone of Lebanon, and a great-grandson, Hunter Allen Lee Blackstone.  He was preceded in death by his parents, daughters, Sheila Bolinger and Becky Blackstone, sisters, Nina Calloway, Phyllis Slipher, Norma Poliak, Sue Ann Vawter, Geraldine Calloway and brother, Harold Bolinger.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort.  Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the funeral home.  Chris Smith and Dennis Woods will officiate.  Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Foundation.  Please visit goodwinfuneralhome.com to leave a condolence.
