The Hot Dog golfers faced a tough test Saturday at the challenging Coyote Crossing Golf Course during the Harrison Invitational Golf Tournament.
Competing in a strong 20-team field, the team finished 18th overall. The course proved unforgiving, as players navigated multiple penalty areas throughout the day.
“In this case, the Coyote won,” as the course lived up to its reputation for difficulty.
Charlie Beardsley led the way for the Hot Dogs with a score of 87. Cooper O’Brien followed with a 100, while Treye Seward carded a 103. Logan Like finished with a 121, and Will Uitts rounded out the scoring with a 122, bringing the team total to 411.
Zionsville claimed the tournament title with an impressive team score of 294.
Despite the challenges, the experience provided valuable competition for the Hot Dogs as they continue their season.
