The Frankfort Square is sprucing up month by month with several building projects and renovations in the last five years.
The Iron Block Engagement and Innovation Hub will have its Open House Thursday July 10th and The Farmer Bank Main Office will have an Open House the following Tuesday, July 15th to put two more jewels into the Gem City Downtown.
This transformation continues to crown the progress already made in the last several years in the downtown Clinton County Seat.

- Lehnen Furniture edifice renovation on West side of the Square.
The Clinton County Chamber of Commerce “Iron Block Engagement & Innovation Hub” building will celebrate its renovation Thursday July 10. Chamber members can tour the new renovation from 11 to 1 and the public is invited for FREE Glover’s Ice Cream from 1 to 3.
Clinton County Chamber of Commerce President Steve Walter, Senior Vice President of Consumer Banking at The Farmer Bank said “The Iron Block Building is a tremendous asset. It is fantastic to take that building and preserve a piece of Frankfort History and put it to good use.” Visitors can see first hand the “good use” it is ready for during the open house on Thursday July 10th.
The Farmers Bank Main Office renovation on the South Side of the Frankfort Square will celebrate its new look Tuesday, July 15 with a public open house from 2:30 to 5:00 PM. The new Farmers Bank facilities feature new equipment that should make customer service faster and lines shorter.
