The Boone County Chamber of Commerce announced that Isaiah 117 House serving Boone, Hendricks and Montgomery County was named as the Impact Award Winner for August.
The Chamber stated that the mission of the Isaiah 117 House is to provide physical and emotional support in a safe and loving home for children awaiting foster care placement, and since its opening in Sept. 2023, the organization has served over 50 children, including proving resources to support the children, caseworkers and foster parents in the community.
“Their incredible dedication to providing love and support for children in foster care is truly inspiring,” the Chamber released. “Through their unwavering commitment, they create safe havens and bring hope to countless lives.”
