James Joseph “Jimmy” Jackson, 35, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2025, at his home in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on March 5, 1990; a son of the late Joseph L. and Charleena A. (Gillium) Jackson.
He graduated from Lebanon High School in 2009. Jimmy was a hard worker who took great pride in everything he did, especially his job at LSI Inc., where he loved working outdoors, mowing and landscaping.
In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching football games, attending concerts, Ironman, and going to the mud bog at the fairgrounds. He valued time with family and friends and was happiest in their company.
Jimmy was known for his kindness and generosity, always ready to help others. He will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
Survivors include his twin sister, Tierney (Justin) Shipley of Lebanon; sister, Lacey Jackson and companion, Scott Leath of Lebanon; brother, Charles Sears; niece, Neveah Shipley; nephews, Joseph Leath, Nick Leath, and Maddox Shipley; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
