Javier Alanís Valdés, edad 74 años, de Frankfort, Indiana, falleció el 5 de febrero, 2023 en su hogar. Nació el 8 de septiembre, 1948 en Maravatío, Michoacán, México. Sus padres eran Pedro Alanís y Elvira Valdés. Su matrimonio de 58 años con Celia Guijosa Mondragón empezó en 1965.
Javier se mudó a Frankfort en los años 2000. Trabajaba alrededor del estado manteniendo varios campos de golf. Era miembro muy activo de la Iglesia Católica de Santa María. A Javier le gustaba mucho trabajar en su jardín y siempre mantenía su casa con mucho orgullo y cuidado. Le encantaba ayudar a su esposa especialmente con hacer las compras. Le importaba muchísimo la familia a Javier y pasar tiempo con los miembros de su familia le daba mucha alegría.

La Misa de Entierro Cristiano tendrá lugar a las 11 de la mañana el sábado, 11 de febrero, 2023 en la Iglesia Católica de Santa María, 600 S. Mary’s Ave., Frankfort. Javier Alanis Valdes, 74, of Frankfort, Ind., died February 5, 2023 at his home. He was born on September 8, 1948 in Maravatio, Michoacan, Mexico to the late Pedro Alanis and Elvira Valdes. His marriage of 58 years was to Celia Guijosa Mondragon in 1965.
Javier moved to Frankfort in the 2000’s. He worked for various golf courses in the state doing maintenance work. He was very active in and a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Javier loved gardening and took pride in maintaining his home and fixing any issues that would come up. He found great joy in being a provider for his wife especially when it came to shopping. Family was most important to Javier 
and his greatest joy was spending time with them.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Saturday February 11, 2023 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 600 S. Mary’s Ave., Frankfort. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery.
