Jerry E. Green, 81, of Frankfort, passed away February 9, 2026 at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. He was born May 12, 1944 in Forest, Indiana to Frank & Reve Jane (Snell) Green. He married Sherry Saul on February 14, 1964 and she survives.
Jerry was a 1962 graduate of Clinton Central High School. He was manager for the Cigar Factory in Frankfort working his way to Vice President. Jerry enjoys tinkering and is a member of the Machinist Club and Aviation Club for R.C. planes.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Sherry, sons, Kenneth Green of Mansfield, IL, Shawn (Michelle) Green of Lafayette, grandchildren, Evana Green of Valparaiso, Alexander Green of Lebanon, TN, Shawna Reed of Lafayette, Gabby Hitch of Delphi and Tyler Green of Flora and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Robert Green and sister, Janice Scott.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Please visit goodwinfuneralhome.com to leave a condolence.
