Jim Siegfried stopped by the WILO studios Friday morning to discuss a memorial for his late wife, Barb inside the Michigantown School. Barb and Jim have both touched many lives through the years as she was a teacher for 44 years at Clinton Central. Listen to the interview below with Bill Gant and Kevin Keith
