Mayor Judy swore in Josh Uitts to the Frankfort Municipal Utility Service Board. This position recently became vacant with the passing of Kent Brewer.The Utility Service Board Members currently consist of five members- 3 are appointed by Mayor Sheets with 2 appointed by the Common Council.
