Mrs. Julia “Judy” Eileen Williams, 84, loving wife of William “Bill” Williams, of Lebanon, joined the choir of angels Friday, April 12, 2024. She was born at home in Lebanon, Indiana on October 19, 1939, the daughter of the late Luther & Eva Vanausdall.
Judy graduated from Lebanon High School in 1958.
In 1962, Judy married LaMar Livingston and had 3 children. In 1972, they moved to Sebring, Florida. LaMar preceded her in death. In 1987, she moved back to Lebanon to be near her daughter and first grandchild. At that time, she met Bill, and it was a match made in heaven. They married, and soon after, moved to Sebring, Florida for 13 years where Judy and Bill managed a mobile home park and served their church in various music positions. Later they traveled in their fifth wheel trailer singing gospel music together through their “So Loved” ministry and eventually landed back in Lebanon in 2006. They became members of Hope Community Church in Lebanon where Judy played piano, organ and keyboard, sang with the choir and worship team, and also sang special music with Bill until recently becoming ill.
Judy was strongly committed to her faith, and always eager to share the word of God with anyone she met. She was a proud wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother and loved boasting about the number of grandchildren she had.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children, Rita (Glenn) Fisher, Kim (Leon) Brown, Jerry (Kim) Livingston, Dan (Karen) Williams, Cheryl (Kevin) McCurdy, Don (Angie-deceased) Williams and Tommy Brandt (Michelle) Livingston, along with 35 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by five siblings, John Vanausdall, Charles Vanausdall, Elizabeth Breedlove, Mary Farris, and Raymond Vanausdall.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Hope Community Church on Thursday, April 18th, from 10am-noon with a service following. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her cremation arrangements.
