Kirklin Main Street Octoberfest Brings Spook-Tastic Opportunities To Downtown Tomorrow, Oct. 5

The Kirklin Main Street Octoberfest is right around the corner as it takes on the downtown area tomorrow, Oct. 5 with opportunities for attendees to eat, shop and play throughout the entire day.

The Octoberfest celebrations kick off at 10 a.m. in downtown Kirklin with local food vendors, an Antique and Village Market, downtown shop specials, Travelers Point Distillery Tasting Tent, Timmy Takedown, kid zone and special events by the Kirklin American Legion, including a bake sale, lunch and a live band from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

“Get ready for a fun-filled autumn day in charming downtown Kirklin,” Main Street released. “The event is perfect for all ages, so bring the whole family.”

The kid zone is calling all ghouls and goblins to partake in some spook-tacular fun with opportunities to enjoy Spider Fishing, Pumpkin Toss, Potion Brew and more. Surprise treats may also await the little ones as well as opportunities for fall-tastic photo opportunities.

During the event, the first 100 people to return a completed shop bingo card will receive a goodie bag. The bingo card is available from the Kirklin Main Street team and tasks attendees with visiting the local brick-and-mortar shops to receive a stamp on the card. All completed cards, even those outside of the first 100, will be entered into a prize drawing for extra rewards.
