On June, 17th, 2025 at approximately 2:05 PM, Officers of the Kokomo Police Department received a report of a missing person in the 1800 blk. of S. Main St. The victim’s family members advised Justin Neal, age 45, of Kokomo was missing since Sunday morning. Neal was last seen at 12:05 pm on June 15th, 2025 riding his mountain bike northbound on the Nickel Plate Trail from the 2700 blk. of N. Reed Rd in Kokomo. Neal is described as a white male, 5’11”, approximately 175 lbs, wearing a green t-shirt, dark colored pants, carrying a black backpack, riding a dark colored mountain bike.
