At approximately 12:41 a.m. Friday, Kokomo Police Officers responded to Fazoli’s located at 622 South Reed Road in reference to the report of an armed robbery. Officers spoke with a delivery driver who stated a black male entered his semi-trailer and demanded his wallet. The victim reported the suspect pointed a silver firearm at him and ordered him to the ground, threatening to shoot him. The driver relinquished his wallet and was told to count to ten while face down on the ground. The suspect ran north and entered a vehicle. The vehicle was last observed traveling northbound on Belvedere.
Surveillance footage obtained identified the suspect vehicle as a white Buick Rendezvous with dark trim around the bottom. Depicted are two still images depicting the suspect vehicle. The Kokomo Police is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver and/or suspect vehicle information.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’10”, approximately 130 pounds, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and a black facemask.
