The Lebanon Police Department has announced a change in speed limit for the stretch of road on 
250 North between State Road 39 and Witt Road.
The department stated that starting this week, the speed limit on 250 North between State Road 39 and Witt Road will be reduced to 30 miles-per-hour.
“Your safety is our priority, so we want to make sure you’re prepared for this change,” the department released.
As a means of focusing upon the safety of drivers and residents in the area, the department announced that it will be conducting increased patrols in the area to assist drivers and ensure a smooth transition as drivers acclimate to the new speed limit.
“Remember to slow down and drive safely through the affected area,” the department released. “Let’s work together to keep our roads safe for everyone.”
