The Town of Whitestown has announced that the Main Street Park Splash Pad will close for the season this weekend to allow for the crews to winterize the amenity ahead of cooler weather.
The Whitestown Parks and Recreation team issued a reminder this week that the Main Street Park Splash Pad will close for the season at the end of the day on Sunday, Sept. 15 to allow the crew ample time to ensure that the amenity does not receive damage from winter weather.
The town encouraged community members to utilize the amenity during the week and the weekend as the splash pad will be closed until Memorial Day weekend next year.
