Mary Josephine Disborough, 85, from Thorntown, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025. Retired from Mallory Controls after years working on their assembly line. She was the daughter of Mildred (Robbins) Disborough and Richard Disborough. She loved spending time with family and friends. She was also very artistic. She will be remembered by those who knew her and may her memory bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.
Survivors include her six sons, James Peter (Holly) Solhan , John (Stephanie) Solhan, George (Cheri) Solhan, Anthony (Jennifer) Solhan, David Solhan, and Charles Solhan; seven grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
Celebration of life will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Myers & Hunt Mortuary, 116 West Plum Street, in Thorntown, Indiana. Boone County Crematory has been entrusted with her cremation.
