Mayor Judy Sheets has announced the next installment of the city’s Sparkling Success Leadership Series Luncheon, set to take place on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Frankfort Neighborhood Center.
The May event will feature keynote speaker Sarah Rosnick, who has served as Chief of Staff to Jim Baird since July. Prior to her work on Capitol Hill, Rosnick held leadership roles at major technology companies including Stripe and Facebook. She also played a key role in developing Operation Amalgam Eagle, the first bi-national aerial hand-off exercise between the United States and Mexico in 2014.
Rosnick is a decorated U.S. Army veteran, having served more than eight years as an intelligence officer. Her military honors include a Bronze Star Medal, two Meritorious Service Medals, and two Defense Meritorious Service Medals.
The Sparkling Success Leadership Series, hosted by Mayor Sheets, was created to bring local leaders together to learn, connect, and be inspired by influential women making an impact across the state. Each luncheon provides a space for professional networking and meaningful conversation in a welcoming setting.
“As a highly accomplished leader, Ms. Rosnick will provide motivation for us to continually strive for our full potential,” Mayor Sheets said. “Our vision for Frankfort’s future will no doubt be inspired by her unique perspective.”
Doors will open at 11:00 a.m. for networking and photos. Tickets are $25 per person and include lunch and refreshments. Payment can be made by cash, check, or card, with a small service fee applied to card transactions.
RSVPs are requested by May 13 by calling the Mayor’s Office at 765-654-7332 or by registering online.
Community members, business leaders, and professionals are encouraged to attend this inspiring event focused on leadership, connection, and advancing the future of Frankfort.
