Patricia “Patti” E. Conklin, 78, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born on October 1, 1947, and was the daughter of the late George and Marie O’Rourke.
On March 17, 1990, she married Stanley L. “Stan” Conklin, Sr., in Lebanon. He preceded her in death on May 20, 2018.
Patti was a devoted homemaker who valued time with family and friends.
Survivors include her sons, Eddie Burkhart and Steven (Jennifer) Conklin and grandchildren, Marie Higgins, Michael Higgins, Marki Echeverria, Olivia Conklin.
In addition to her parents and husband, Patti was preceded in death by granddaughter, Victoria Moore; grandson, Jessie Higgins; and brother, Paul O’Rourke.
Graveside Services are planned for 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Browns Wonder Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana. Myers Mortuary has been entrusted with her arrangements.
