
On July 31, 1965, she was united in marriage to Jack Sims Bland in Lebanon; he survives.
A lifelong resident of Boone County, Patsy attended Lebanon High School. She held several roles throughout her career, including working in the Lebanon Schools cafeteria and at We Care daycare at the Church of Nazarene. Additionally, she operated a cleaning service with her daughter.
Patsy was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who cherished her family. She was an active member of Hope Community Church and enjoyed garage sales and family time.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Bland of Lebanon; children, Sue C. (Roger) Rose and Russell C. (Holly) Bland both of Lebanon; grandchildren, Crystal (Amy) Rose of Bradley, Illinois, Samantha (Brandon) Stuart of Lebanon, Jackson (Carson) Bland of Lebanon, Nicholas (Kenzie) Bland of Jamestown; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her brothers, Allen Ray Lewis, Russell Eugene Lewis, and Robert (Linda) Lewis.
Funeral Services are planned for 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
