Penny C. Wyngarden, 
75, of Frankfort, passed away on March 31, 2025 at Rosewalk Village, Lafayette. She was born June 19, 1949 to Charles Krengle and Doris Martin. She married Warren Wyngarden on March 17, 1993 and he preceded her in death in July 2023.
Penny attended Frankfort School and was a lifelong Frankfort resident. She was a homemaker and enjoyed watching crime shows, taking walks, going for drives and spending time with her grandchildren.
Penny is survived by her children, Timothy Cunningham and Jerry M. Cunningham both of Lafayette, Mark Cunningham of Frankfort and Corina Cunningham of rural Frankfort, grandchildren, Troy Fuller of Frankfort, Cody (Heaven) Fuller of Peru, Aidan Cavitt, Mark Bogan, Bree Bogan, Quentin Cunningham, Jazmine Cunningham, all of Frankfort, sister, Kitty (Mark) Kauffman of Frankfort, 14 great grandchildren, former husband, Jerry L. Cunningham of Frankfort, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Chris Cunningham.
