Raegan Durbin broke the record for most career kills for Western Boone volleyball in a match against Plainfield on Thursday, Oct.10.
Durbin, a senior at Western Boone, now holds the record for most kills in a season (623), which she set a season ago, and most kills in a career (1741) for the Stars.
Leading the team with 441 kills this season, Durbin has led the Stars to a 20-5 record.
With 14 kills in a 3-0 win against Plainfield, Durbin passed Emily Harrison (1733) for the kill mark.
The win closed out the regular season for the Stars. They will host Sectional 37. Western Boone has a first-round bye and will take on the winner of Delphi and North Montgomery.
