Randy J. Wilcox, Sr., 64, of Brook, Indiana, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Rensselaer, Indiana, on July 15, 1959, a son of Shirley (Bell) Wilcox and the late Bill Wilcox.
Randy was a 1977 graduate of Rensselaer High School. He worked in production for Rensselaer Plastics for over 40 years. In his free time, Randy enjoyed fishing, bowling, and golfing. Above all, he loved his family and the time they spent together.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley Wilcox of Brook; son, Randy “Joe” (Amanda) Wilcox, Jr. of Lebanon; grandson, Chandler J. Lee Wilcox; brother, Terry (Kim) Wilcox of Brook; and sister, Debbie (Don) Swan of Brook.
In addition to his father, Randy was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Wilcox.
No Services are planned at this time. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his cremation arrangements.
Memorials may be directed in his memory to the charity of the donor’s choice.
