Remnants From Hurricane Beryl Soak Central Indiana Today Through Wednesday

The National Weather Service has announced that remnants from Hurricane Beryl are expected to soak Central Indiana today, July 9 through Wednesday, July 10 as rain chances increase throughout the day.

The service reported that the Delphi and Frankfort areas are expected to receive around two inches or three inches of rain throughout the day while the Lebanon area is expected to receive 1.5 inches to two inches of rain throughout the day.

While tornado chances are possible throughout the day for the southern Indiana, the chances remain at less than 10%. Otherwise, heavy rain and lightning are expected across the entire state.

According to the service, the rains are expected to continue into the morning on Wednesday, clearing up by the early afternoon.
