The Indiana Department of Transportation announced a temporary road closure on State Road 26 east of Rossville beginning in November.
Beginning on or after Tuesday, Nov. 5, crews are expected to close State Road 26 between County Road 200 West and County Road 300 West east of Rossville in Clinton County. During the closure, crews are expected to conduct a pipe culvert installation, and the work is expected to last one day depending on weather, which may cause a date change for completion.
The official detour around the project is U.S. 421 or State Road 28 to State Road 75 to State Road 26 heading eastbound or State Road 75 to U.S. 421 or State Road 28 to State Road 26 going westbound.
The department encourages all drivers to seek an alternate route and use caution in and around all work zones.
