Reducing sedentary behavior and increasing physical activity is key to immediate and long-term health for children. The American Heart Association, the NFL and the Indianapolis Colts have awarded a 15-hundred dollar “Get Moving” grant to Rossville Elementary School. Students at Rossville Elementary exercised along with the Colts exercise video which is a part of the NFL Play 60 exercise library. That library is a collection of team-created, family-friendly exercises to help kids get their recommended 60-minutes of daily physical activity.
