RoxyAnn Birge, 83, of Frankfort, passed away September 2, 2025 in her home. She was born on November 13, 1941 in Boone County to Raymond and Marjorie (Endicott) Broshar. She married Phillip L. Birge on July 19, 1968 in Lebanon and he survives.
RoxyAnn was a 1959 graduate of Dover High School and attended Indiana University for 2 years. She was a private secretary for Dr. Mills at Purdue University. She was a former member of Psi Iota Xi in Frankfort. Roxy helped start water therapy at Wesley Manor, enjoyed reading, baking, attending garage sales and loved wintering in Naples, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother: Rudy Lee Broshar.
A graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. on September 19, 2025 at the Clinton County Mausoleum in Green Lawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S.
