On Sunday at approximately 5:03 p.m., the Howard County 911 Dispatch Center received a call of two vehicle accident at CR 400 S. & CR 650 W. in Russiaville. Howard County Sheriff’s Deputies along with Russiaville Police Officers, Russiaville Volunteer Fire Department members and Medics from Community Howard Regional Health were dispatched to the scene.
Preliminary investigation reveals that a silver Ford Escape driven by 64 y/o William Gorman of Frankfort rear-end collided with a black Nissan Juke driven by 69 y/o Terry Tidler of Russiaville and occupied by his wife 62 y/o Gail Tidler of Russiaville. All three subjects were transported to the hospital with complaints of pain.
At 6:15 p.m.,. Gail was pronounced deceased in the emergency room at Community Howard Regional Health. An autopsy is scheduled for today under the direction of the Howard County Coroner’s Office. This case remains under investigation by the Howard County Sheriff’s Office and Howard County Coroner’s Office. Anyone with information is asked to contact Cpl.
