Sandra Ann Huddleson, 67, passed away Friday evening, October 7, 2022, at her home in Crawfordsville, Indiana. She was born June 1, 1955, in Fort Lee, Virginia, a daughter of the late David Hill Mahaffey and Beatrice L. (Himmel) Mahaffey.
Sandy was married to Richard A. Huddleson and later divorced.
Raised in New York, she was a graduate of Taconic Hills High School. Sometime later, Sandy moved to Indianapolis and then on to Lebanon, Indiana. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lebanon. Sandy had worked as a florist in several area shops in Lebanon and Indianapolis.
She loved flowers and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and sewing.
Survivors include three sons, Joshua D. Huddleson of Thorntown, Travis D. (Ana) Huddleson of Crawfordsville, and Levi J. Huddleson of Muncie; grandchildren, Braydon D. Huddleson, Hannah Cox, and Morgan Cox, and sisters, Sharron (Larry) Gaylord of South Carolina and Karen Adams of New York.
In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by a stepson, Scott D. Huddleson and a brother-in-law, Frank Adams.
Funeral Services are planned for 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October15, 2022, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Graveside Services will be held 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 21 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
Boone County Crematory has been entrusted with her cremation arrangements following services.
